About the Attorney

Mr. Colby is a veteran officer of the United States Marine Corps and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. He is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas and is a former attorney for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

During his career with Homeland Security, Mr. Colby served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Atlanta, Georgia, and Houston, Texas, where he litigated all types of immigration matters before immigration courts including immigration bond hearings and detained cases.

Mr. Colby now brings that wealth of experience and knowledge of federal government operations to support private individuals and businesses confronted with complex immigration and related civil litigation matters.
